BT Halo 3 with Complete WiFi query

My current BB contract is due to expire at the beginning of January so I have looked into my options to renew with BT.

I can either

1) stay on my current Halo 1 contract with my HomeHub 5
2) upgrade to a Halo 3 with Complete WiFi contract for £3 pm extra

My understanding of Halo 3 with Complete WiFi is I would be supplied with Smarthub 2. What is not clear is whether this is comes with one WiFi disc.

Perhaps any Halo 3 with Complete WiFI users could clear up whether there is/isn't a WiFi disc supplied.

At present I have a Home Hub 5 that was supplied when I joined BT 6 years ago. I bought a BT 1200 WiFi Extender to run part of my LAN in a WiFi dead spot in this house but the extender is on the way out as it frequently needs to be rebooted now, which is why the Complete WiFi hardware package is of interest.

Hi @kw_starling It is impossible to have Complete WiFi without a Disc so the answer is yes, you get a SH2 plus one Complete WiFi Disc.

Hi @kw_starling I should add, you can have extra Complete WiFi Discs loaned free if needed.

They make it difficult though!

I called yesterday to request another disc and was told to phone back today!

i have now been on hold for 40 minutes.

Also holding on chat for 30 minutes now!

I gave up calling BT, which is why I posted this query last night.
