BT booster

We had an engineer come out to check our WIFI and he told us we need a booster and to call BT to order the booster... we can not get through to bt and would like some help to get one sent out to us ..

Any advice?

By booster I assume you mean a wifi disc. Unfortunately you will have to endure the long wait for a customer services rep to answer the phone, this is a customer to customer self help forum.

Hi @Barrett welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry about the delay getting through. The wifi discs are provided as part of our complete wifi service, do you have that as part of your package? If you don't you can add it on the above link.
