      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my inlaws have a bt smarthub type a and the signal.is poor upstairs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is is it possible ls to possible to use spare tplink ac2100 adsl vdsl router as a WiFi extender connected to the smarthub and if so how do I do it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, simply give it an IP address of 192.168.1.10, Gateway 192.168.1.254, disable DHCP&amp;nbsp; on it and connect it to the BT hub LAN port to LAN port with an Ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;PPPoE username &lt;A href="mailto:bthomehub@btinternet.com" target="_blank"&gt;bthomehub@btinternet.com&lt;/A&gt; password BT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Factory reset the TP lInk first and configure it in xDSL modem/router mode.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
