Hi all

Have a smart hub 2 and setup a a few devices with reserved IP allocation so I can reliable port forward. This was a year or so ago and I have just tried doing the same again today and clicking 'always use this IP' in the address section reverts back to off once saved and the IP stays the same as what DHCP gave it

Any ideas?

Thanks

Are you sure you didn't set a static IP on the device itself

Download the configuration if you've set any port forwarding rules etc and try a factory reset
