HI , I have used a TP Link AV500 extender cabled directly into my BT smart hub 2 with no problems . The TP circuit is s set up with its own password. However on my iphone when move away from the hub and I switch to the TP link connection I get a 'weak security' warning . I am not techi and worried about screwing it all up but after some digging I was wondering would pairing it via the WPS button on the Hub improve security ? or does the fact that the link plug is hard wired into the Hub provide the best security anyway? I assume that because I don't get the weak security message when connected to the hub it means that is secure enough . Any advice much appreciated
