Hello all - I hve read a few threads on this issue but don't seem to be able to find an answer.

I have a brand new home hub 2 and single wifi disc - I have followed all the instructions however my disc will not connect to my hub - it did it once but I moved it to try and get a better signal and it won't now re-connect.

I have done a factory reset on the hub and the disc, I've left the disc connected via ethernet for a few hours, it still drops out as soon as I disconnect it (even when next to the hub)

I've tried using WPS connect

I've tried using the app - not that it actually does anything other than walk you through setting it up.

please help as this is now getting very frustrating, 2 days of messing around and still no wifi upstairs in the house.

thanks 🙂
