Hi,

I'm having difficulty finding out how to order additional discs – my broadband speed is under 10mbps download – can anyone help please?

Could you please try this --> online troubleshooter <-- as you may able to order another disc that way yourself.

If it is your broadband speed that is slow rather than your WiFi speed, another disc won't help.

Can you post the stats from your hub please?

The connection to the hub is fine – it's the wifi which is slow.

Have got an additional disc on order.
