    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a tp av1300 powerline adaptor in order to send internet out to the garage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't get the av1300 to coonect with the hub using the ethernet cable. Looking at the hub settings it says there is nothing connected to the relevant ethernet port. Have tried different cable and different port but no success. Anybody have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A bit of context would help. Has the extender just stopped working and was working previously or is it the first time you have used it? Have you just moved to BT and the extender was working with a previous provider? Is the garage on the same consumer unit as the Hub?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Don't pay too much attention to the Hub network map, its hopeless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Moved to BT. Was working with previous virgin router. Have done reset of hub and of av1300 units to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have brought extender unit into the house to tru as well. The 2 tp units are connecting can connect to tp wifi network but stating no internet available&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you do a full factory reset of the extenders to clear out any remnants of the Virgin network?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
