I have a new Smart Hub 2 on Fast Fibre 2 but my Sky Q box will not hold a connection for more than 10 seconds and my HP Laptop will not autoreconnect and has to be disconnected or forgotten and then reconnected before it will connect sometimes several times over. Is this an issue with 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHZ and can it be changed/fixed via the Hub Manager? Thanks for any help

Wireless reliability and performance of the Smart Hub 2 is definitely subpar in my experience. I’ve resorted to connecting a second router and repurposing it as a wireless point. This has proved far more reliable.
