BT Mini Connector - One not working = No Blue Lights

Recently moved house.

Set up BT TV again with Mini. Connectors working OK.

Now one connected to the BT TV box no longer working.

Power to socket is fine. Re-set the connector several times with no success.

Any suggestions?

Try swapping it for another one and see if the problem moves with it. If it does you will know you have a faulty connector.

Swapped the two connectors over. No lights on the same connector. Other connector lights on.

So looks like one connector not working.
