4g mini hub connection tweaks

Due to a home move that BT managed to mess up I'm reliant on an EE 4G hub for the next week or so.

The 4g huh works ok on small devices, a few minor drop outs, but on the desktop it just absolutely fails to connect, constant packet loss and drop outs.

Any suggestions on fixed or seeing what's going on with the connection?

This may be down to the 4g signal strength in your area. Have you tried the mini-hub in different locations within your home? The higher, it seems, the better.

We too used a mini-hub during our prolonged home move. During this time, almost 2 months, both our Smart TVs, a PC, 2 phones and 2 tablets all connected flawlessly.
