Hybrid connect before delivery of hub

Hello

we just moved house and we’re sent a hybrid connect hub while we wait to get connected on the net
we were told it would work on its own and the smart hub would come later when the engineer comes

however we cannot get it to do anything other than flash green which means it’s not really doing much

any ideas?

Hi @Yas The Hybrid Connect is just a 4G Modem. It is not a hub or router and only works with a Smart Hub 2 I’m afraid.
