Hi - Sorry I'm not great with technology, but Ive just had installed a Smart Hub 2 with Full Fibre 500 and have a garden workshop / office around 30FT away.

In your experience should I get a good wifi signal if I connect a TP Link WA1201 in the workshop with an ethernet lead to the rear of the router in the house ? And if so would this be better than using one of the complete wifi discs ? Or is there anything better to gain a very good Wi-Fi Signal ?

Appreciate any help you can offer me

Many thanks

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

Using the TP Link WA1201 connected to the end of an Ethernet cable, would be the best option.

If you do not need a dual band version, then the TP Link TL-WA801N is cheaper.
