I am also having this problem . I have cleared my cookies but there is still no manage my extras botton or any link to parental controls

Hi @allensa76 thanks for giving me the opportunity to help you with this. Just to let the community know there was a data integrity issue with the MyBT account which meant the manage tabs were not displaying. We managed to resolve it by deleting the BT ID and setting it up again.
