Moving internal BT cables

I need my master BT socket moved in my house, is this something BT would do or is this a job a regular electrician could do?

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

Are you a BT Retail customer?

If you are then you would have to ask BT to arrange an internal shift, and they would pass the task to Openreach. Not sure of the cost, but its likely to be around £130.

If you are with another provider, you would need to ask them.

try local paper and should find a telecom person able to move socket cheaper than openreach
