Hi,

I have just had FTTP installed to my home, I was running my D7800 fine as a router/modem on the old copper line using bthomehub@btbroadband.com and no password, after swapping it over to the new line I have no internet and have tryed a mix of bthomehub@btbroadband.com or homehub@btbroadband.com and no password or password as BT or bt.

I have the wall mounted bt modem going into the red wan port, set the D7800 to ethernet wan, internet setup is basically the same but it doesn't connect or gets an IP. I've also reset the D7800 to see if it was some other setting I had missed or changed but get the same.

Untick VLAN id, that is done by the modem which is now the ONT rather than the Netgear.

Its a common mistake when moving from a combined modem/router to discrete components.
