Speed poor on 1 phone

Recently changed to fibre broadband.
With 3 phones by the router and using the same speed checker, 2 are getting speeds of about 150 Mbps. But the other is only getting 40 Mbps.
Can anyone help, please.

We have also noticed that the speed on our Xbox (wireless connection) is now slower than with the previous BT copper broadband. Any advice?

Have you checked that all the phones are connected to the 5ghz wireless network and not the 2.4ghz network
