Using a RTX Range Extender with my new BT Hub 2

I am unable to register my RTX DECT Range Extender with the NEW BT Digital Phone/hub.
any help gratefully recieved

The SH2 doesn't support an extender.

Ah well, that explains it. can I go back to my old set of Siemens handsets?

Just plug the base unit into the phone socket on the back of the Smart Hub 2.
