wifi login

I can access MY BT using username and password but when I try to log into wifi the login says username or password not correct. Am I doing something wrong? is it diffeent login for wifi?

If you're trying to log in to the WiFi on your own hub, use the password on the back of the hub.

Don't use the BT WiFi app and make sure that you're connecting to the hub directly and not via BT WiFi or WiFi X

thanks Nigel. I know how to do that. Its logging in to a wifi hotspot with my laptop that is the problem.

Hi @arbeeuk

Thanks for posting when trying to login using your laptop, when you are presented with the login page there will be a drop-down next to the box asking for a username and password.

Change it from BT Wifi to BT Broadband Customer and this should let you log in.

The wording might be slightly different since I last seen it 🙂
