My Broadband Services (PC, Phone, Tablet, TV, Chromecast) went down completely a few days ago. The phone came back to life (but not other devices) so I phoned BT Help, and got the PC back on line. But later I found that the other devices were still not connecting to the Network. Somehow (trial & error) I have the Tablet also connecting, but still not the TV or Chromecast. What can I try to get everything working with the NetworK? "Connected, no network" is one response I get, plus I also suspect there might be an issue with the Wireless / Password Key

Try a factory reset of the BT hub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.

The wireless passkey/password is shown on the label on the hub. Make sure you are not using the Admin password.
