Smart hub2 Firmware

Newbie here.

How do I update the firmware for my Smart Hub 2 which appears to have an old version and shows "undefined" where it should show date of latest update. It has been up and running (very slowly) for 10 days.

You can't.

Try a full factory reset via the recessed button and then leave it connected to automatically update

Done that - still no update 10 days later. Version is 17. .......

That doesn't sound like Smart Hub 2 firmware, are you sure it is a SH2?

Yep. Just around 3 years out of date. To be precise v0.17.01.12301-BT.

Assuming you are still in contract, call customer services and request a replacement hub.
