Smart Hub 2 IP address

Hi

My Smart Hub 2 made a pinging noise and restarted itself. When it booted back up it had no internet connection so I tried opening the Hub Manager using a saved to 192.168.1.254 which has always worked, but now times out.

I ran a network scan and found that the Hub’s IP address had changed to 192.168.1.22. I logged successfully from the browser with this address. The point is though that I didn’t change it. My wife knows how to turn it on and off and nothing beyond that.

Does anyone have an explanation as to how this may have happened?

Thanks
