    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I've had a visit from Home Tech the problem remains.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The Home Tech guys seem as baffled as I am.&amp;nbsp; I will be putting another call in but tbh its not been a great success so far.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thanks&amp;nbsp; @Anonymous&amp;nbsp;for the tip anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Wholehome WiFi failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;May 2023&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a SmartHub 2 and a 3 disc wholehome wifi network.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; My wifi network keeps failing in 2 different ways, a few times a day the discs will all be showing blue lights but the wi-fi wont have any internet connection.&amp;nbsp; The other issue is that all 3 discs will drop off and show red lights.&amp;nbsp; They may or may not reconnect to the hub, rebooting the hub works, eventually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;my line checked and reset;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Cfactory reset on the hub&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;hub replaced&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;all 3 discs factory reset&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still get hubs dropping off (all 3) and random gaps in the internet over wi-fi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My cable connection to the hub works fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had a BT network for some time but the service it provides seems to be getting worse&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have Halo 3+ for all the good it does me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help,&amp;nbsp; please.&amp;nbsp; I really dont want to move to move suppliers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
