      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be Openreach not BT. Openreach are a separate company that is responsible for the connection and installation of the broadband service between the property and the exchange.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the neighbour had a broadband connection from BT, Sky or any other provider that uses the Openreach infrastructure then these may help:&lt;/P&gt;
