How to get BT to unblock my site from WebProtect/ whitelist our domain?

Does anyone know how to turn a WebProtect security issue?

We run a company helping businesses become sustainable. Somehow BT have listed this as unsafe and their Web Protect service is blocking users accessing our site. How is sustainability unsafe?

This has clearly been miscategorised - how do we get this recategorised urgently?

We are listed as safe with Google and other 3rd party security tool like norton and securi.net.

We have emailed saferbrowsing@bt.com but not had any reply yet. How do we get this escalated (and the site whitelisted for future)?

Before you do anything else, test the domain propagation using a service such as: https://dnschecker.org/ - Two of my own domains are refusing to propagate on IPv6 DNS servers for no good reason that I or the host can see!

It likely BT Consumer uses multiple sources so best to resolve and issue and get the website checked again across the different webfilter and scanning providers.

Check against these for your website and if on any then follow the instructions on how to raise a rescan or reclassification
