I realise there have been multiple posts on this but im at a complete lose how to get my smart plugs and bulbs working. Sky was so easy. im on ff 500 and have turned off 5ghz and rebooted the router so all my devices are on 2.4. Ive used efamily cloud, tyua and smart things but no joy. Have linked to alexa and alexa detects them but none by the apps so remain unresponsive. have tried all the diffrent chanels and modes too. Think im going to leave within the cooling off period if not sorted so any hels appricated.

p.s helpdesk unable to sort either

if your devices were previously connected to SKY router then did you factory reset the devices and start from scratch trying to connect to SH2 with 5ghz turned off. if you have read the other similar posts it usually works

when you turn off the 5ghz there is no need to reboot router

Just fixed the issue, If anyone else is having issues then switch off 5ghz, change chanel tp smart, mines used 6. Wireless mode needs to be changed to 3. This combination worked for me and is was using the smartlife app to connect them.
