&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry you're having difficulties connecting your TV to your BT hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't tried it already, I would try factory resetting your hub. You can find the steps here - &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/how-do-i-reset-my-bt-hub-to-its-factory-settings" target="_blank"&gt;How to factory reset your hub.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Setting up new TV incorrect password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up a TV to my internet and I am putting in the correct password and it keeps saying incorrect password. It is 100% correct. I have tried the WPS button but that is not working either. I've turned the hub off and still no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
