When BT sends me a new router for DV, what happens if I have Plusnet broadband? Can I change to BT DV? What do I do with the old router? Does it affect my plusnet service?

Why would BT send you anything if you are a Plusnet customer?

I don't know, but they have written to me as though it will happen by 31 August. Whether I like it or not.

No idea why BT have written to you if you are a Plusnet customer.

I don't know what Plusnet's plans are for the analogue switch off.
