Poor Bufferbloat on Upload

Hi,

Can anyone advise on how to solve my poor latency speed on the Upload. It is killing any video calls, and I think it's started soon after transferring to BT VOIP. As I've tried my jPhone on another BT Broadband where there isn't a VOIP line yet.

I have tried everything, even down to a basic 2.4 or 5Ghz connection on the hub with nothing else connected and it's still the same results. Sometimes the upload jitter is as high as 5000ms (yes 5 seconds). It's a brand new Smart Hub2 and the line is perfect according to BT. I get generally 65Mbps down and 17Mbps up.

Did you ever find the fix I've just joined bt and my upload latency is in the thousands
