      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't believe 'gaining provider led switching' has been implemented yet between Openreach and CityFibre meaning you'll need to place the cancellation order with BT yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bear in mind you'll need to give a month I believe so worth doing sooner rather than later once you know your go-live date with you new provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would however probably schedule a few days where they both work just in case there's any issues on 'go-live' date wit CityFibre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
