access control

Hello I do not like mobile phones and am dismayed by the abundance of 'Apps'. I am 70 and my eyesight is not good. Is there any work around to turn on the access control on my Smart Hub 2 without loading yet another flipping app?? My Home hub was perfect but not as powerful as my new smart hub?? Help

Hi @Minilover welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry the access controls on the Smart Hub 2 can only be set up on the MyBT app and there is no work around for that.

Thanks Neil. I have attempted to revert back to my home hub but it's having problems connecting. Any ideas or reasons why please?

Hi @Minilover What was the reason for you getting a Smart Hub 2, did you upgrade to a full fibre line? Is the light on the old Hub blue?

Which version of Home Hub is your old one and why were you sent a new Smart Hub?

What Broadband service do you have?
