      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me why my bt hub 2 shows that I have two WiFi connections with my sky q box. If I switch off my sky q box the connections go. When I switch the box back on it shows as two connections to my hub&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have multiroom?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so one will be the main box, the second will be the mini.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be the dual bands, the Smart Hub 2 supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz, on the SH2 you can't split them like you could with the Smart Hub 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To test this, login to your hub manager, the user and password are on the back of the hub, in a browser type the address as 192.168.1.254 or use &lt;A href="https://bthomehub.home/" target="_blank"&gt;https://bthomehub.home/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then disable the 5GHz band, you can reverse this to re-enable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
