    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a long standing and very common problem with the BT Smart Hub 2 and is very,very annoying!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have spoken to various guys who make a living 'sorting out' various home IT type problems and even they say they cannot cure it permamently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This problem has only appeared on the Smart Hub 2-all the other hubs I have used were flawless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Points to a design and/or software problem but BT seem totally uninterested in providing a 'fix' so will be stuck with it until next generation of Hub is released!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry I cannot be more helpful&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MyBT app - hub admin password not being accepted</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently upgraded to Hybrid Connect and Wi Fi extender and have set up both on my PC and all is working as expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when trying to set up or monitor on the MyBt app I cannot get beyond the Admin Password stage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clues please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, not really a problem as I can use a computer but nice to know the reason why it doesn’t work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try using your computer to change the admin password to that of your previous hub if you have a record of it anywhere&lt;/P&gt;</description>
