Hi, Blonde dinosaur here with no IT idea.

But, I have always got a wifi signal to my garden room to watch the subscription TV channels. But, last week I was upgraded to a Hub 2 and since then the wifi signal hasn't been good enough to get onto the web channels. Is there anything I can do, more than asking to go back to my old package?

Were you upgraded to SH2 because you were moving to digital voice? If so you need to use the SH2 to get DV.

Have you tried changing the WiFi channels in hub manager for the2.4/5gbz networks?

I was going to move as we were out of contract and it was expensive. This was the upgrade and included digital voice (not that we'll use it).

I will look at the channels and try changing it.

I think the best way to go is to get a BT complete WI-FI Disc and put it in your Garden Location. I have 2 Discs one is in the Summerhouse and works well.
