Cable connection between smart home hub and broadband port on master socket 5c mk4

I have a cable with rj11 connectors at both ends. Is this suitable?

Yes, that is what you need, it normally comes with the Smart Hub 2.

The reason I question it is the socket looks bigger than a RJ11. I thought it may have been a RJ25.

That’s RJ45 and a lot of the RJ45 sockets today will also take an RJ11. (Although it might seem a bit loose, it will still work).
