My question is has other come across this and if so.. Any work around.

I have BT Complete which comes with a Wireless Disc.

I have had the need to use this, my the house is networked,

However the summer house wasn't and the strength of the Wireless Router wasn't great. So first I went through the setup and connected the Disc to the Router as explained. All working. when I moved it to the summer house.. Couldn't get it to connect.. Thinking it was still to far. So I chose a Higher place in the house and directly connected it to the Router network instead of extending it, This gave me a good signal in the Summer House.

However, I noticed poor performance on the TV and music streaming. So I performed a Speed check using BT app.

Broadband 56mb Connection to the Device (via the Disc) 2.5Mb

I seemed to have major degradation in signal throughput using the Disc... I have seen years ago.. but I hoped that through technology and that fact that BT hardware, that I would see minimal to none signal speed using the Disc..

Any Suggestions is welcome.

Thanks.
