error message when entering site on broadband

Hello,

I have recently installed now tv broadband and cant access websites on my laptop. I can load google search however whenever i try and access a website, such as "glow-log in" and "microsoft login" etc. , it consistently shows an error saying the site cant be reached. I also own a wifi extender and for some reason everything works fine when i load websites through the extender. The wifi settings are not blocking any websites and i have tried following youtube videos (such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10D1IJQ2qV0&t=402s) on how to fix the issue however it didn't work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why are you posting on BT forum regarding a problem with Now TV broadband?

You need to ask them, it has nothing to do with BT.
