Hi, ive been getting a really laggy connection especially when people are gaming on our network. Ive run a trace route. and for a few days the result is the same. A 90-100 % packet loss at 31.55.185.177. Is this a BT server? Is there any way to go around this server? Could it be a firewall issue?
Any help is appreciated.

my setup: BT Full Fiber > Mikrotik rb5009 > (ether2) Asus Wifi AP > (ether3)PS5

I believe that will be a BT router. The packet loss may not indicate what you think it does though. If tracert is trying to ping the router it may not get a response, that does not mean the router is not functioning perfectly well, it just means that it does not respond to direct contact.

You are not getting any packet loss, the router is simply not responding to pings.

If you have zero loss from the next hop, you cannot possibly have lost any packets.
