      <title>Disc not pairing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My WiFi disc is refusing to pair with my Hub. I’ve tried the Ethernet cable. It goes blue but then when I take the Ethernet cable out it sticks on flashing red. I have tried repeating process following a factory reset of the disc. What’s the next step? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;*There was an earlier response to this same message with a solution that I can't access because of insufficient privileges.*&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it was. Our broadband package is called Full Fibre 100 with Halo 3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disc has been connected fine for at least 12 months but disconnected a couple of days ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
