How to order a 2nd WiFi disc

How do I get a 2nd WiFi disc sent? Am on fibre 900 but can only get 150mbps in my son's room. Not good enough when your paying nearly £80 a month for the broadband alone!

Supposed to be under complete WiFi guarantee but not made easy to order a 2nd disc

Could you please try this --> online troubleshooter <-- as you may able to order another disc that way yourself.

Hi, I’m also having a problem ordering a second disc. That link just takes me to a page where it checks my connection. My connection is fine but I just can’t get good speeds in my living room. Only getting about 100 Mbps whereas I’m getting around 400 upstairs. Can I PM someone on here about ordering a disc for downstairs?
