      <title>BT Cloud not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My BT Cloud has not worked automatically for months.&amp;nbsp; It is only 18% full but when trying to synch it is continually telling me 'An error occurred. The application cannot continue and will be paused'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried re-installing the Cloud but it is still stuck at the same position.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are my settings incorrect or is the Cloud broken?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
