Hi,

I have been waiting for over 8 weeks for a return bag for my old mini hub, but to no avail, and i cannot find a returns address anywhere?

Learn about the 4G Mini Hub for BT Halo customers | BT Help advises:

Follow these steps to return the Mini Hub:

Pack your Mini Hub with all cables and instructions into the original box.
Put the box into the original mailing bag and seal with the sealing strip. Peel off and apply the pre-paid returns label on top of the original mailing bag label.
Post in any postbox, or take to a Post Office if you want proof of postage.

Thanks for your reply, Unfortunately in the house move etc. i have lost the bag and the details to return it?
