Unable to change DNS on router

Hi all,

Is it possible to change the DNS on the router, have been trying to access a Minecraft server in America via PlayStation 4 (Bedrock edition) or do I need to purchase a different router, if so is there a recommended brand?

You can't change DNS servers on a BT hub, they are locked to BT's servers.

No idea if you have access to network settings on a PS4, but if you do, just set it there.

Generally just changing the DNS servers, as long as it's to regular DNS servers is not going to change much anyway. If the server you are trying to connect to resolves differently depending on geographic location you'd either need to use a VPN or a "Smart-DNS".
