Did you set the printer up with a static IP address when you were on Sky? if so you'll need to change the network settings to suit the SH2

Factory reset the printer and set the printer up in the same way as you did when you first got it.

Go to the website of the printer manufacturer and look for the instruction manual for your printer. It will tell you how to do the reset and how to make the connection.

If you are unable to do that grab a 10 year child off the street and they will manage it for you, it is that easy when you follow the instructions. You can not make it any worse than it already is.
