      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Keith, l was told to insert slot the one phone cable into green bit on the modem. solved my problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New issue is where l have to keep my virgin account as l&amp;nbsp; £1095 cancellation fee. and broadband company such as bt wont wavier this amount l would be left to fork it out. even 14 days cancellation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
