I am having great difficulty changing the admin and wifi key passwords on my Hub2 (they've already been changed once and we've forgotten them). I can change the admin password on my desktop PC but changing the wifi key password on the BT App (the only way you can do it now) just doesn't work - my phone is connected to the network but seems like the app itself can't connect to perform any management settings. Very frustrating. If I do a factoy reset on the hub, will this return both passwords to the original ones which are printed on the back of it?

Hi,

I know if you reset the hub and try login via 192.168.1.254/with admin password on the hub back or on the bottom , this is supposed to work.

> if not have you tired pressing the rest button , then it will delete any of your static ip details and your wifi SSID details , so make a export copy of all devices details so you have a hard copy to go back

Apologies Yes , in the end I had to factory default the Hub - it did the trick , also when looking on BT HUB2 > ON PORT usage with mac address (connected the ARP table doe not flush the device details ? is anything we could do .
