      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have just had a new hub all set up and as our previous one, we type in the password and it just keeps saying password not recognised??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not clear, have you had the new Hub set up to have the same name and password as your old hub?&amp;nbsp; If so, double check in the hub settings that you have entered the correct password and saved it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have not changed the Hub to be the same as your old hub it may be that the hub you have received is a refurbished model and it has been set with the incorrect password. You could try&amp;nbsp;a factory reset of the hub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once it has restarted use the pull out card on hub to select the correct SSid (name) and wireless password when you connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
