Inconsistent ping when online gaming and streaming at the same time

As per the subject, I get high inconsistent ping on my connection when online gaming on my console whilst someone else is streaming on Netflix or other service. The service is unaffected when others are browsing/downloading, so only really affected when streaming.

My console is connected via ethernet. Reading other threads, it appears changing the NGA profile to speed seems to be a viable fix. Can this be done for my account please?

No, that won't fix anything.

If you want to limit streaming bandwidth, you need to buy a third party router with QoS

Done that and no joy. QoS has had no impact.
