      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not far at all i see the device in wifi but as soon as try to connect just wont at all then i get the message this device is updating then orange light on echo but its not even connected to wifi as says offline&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/323794"&gt;@Bluecoopy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's a pity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently I've had problems with several of our Echo devices going offline &amp;amp; having to reconnect them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume that when you tried you were near the router with Bluetooth activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eventually I had to reset the Echo Flexes &amp;amp; Dots by pressing the activation button for around 30 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first message after about 10 seconds says "Now in setup mode" but ignore that &amp;amp; keep the button pressed until you get the "Resetting your device, this will take about a minute" then release the button &amp;amp; wait till you get the message saying that your Dot has been reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then start the process from scratch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to do this a couple of times with each device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
