BT Router connection issues to EE Smart Wi-Fi

Hi there,

I am having trouble connecting my EE Smart Wi-Fi box (white square shape) to my BT Router. It connects through ethernet cable without a problem but when I take it out it starts to flash red. Didn't have any problems with it before now and I have tried resetting it and turning it off and on. Any help would be appreciated.

Checked again and its not working with the bt disc wifi extenders. I will update this with a resolution once it's sorted.

Hi @JackK7 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your wifi extenders. Was it a factory reset you tried? Have you also tried a reset of the Hub?

Aye got it all sorted. Just had to switch the router off and on at the plug.

I have put up a similar question on March 2 2024 regarding similar problem.
